Here are my answers to Cee’s Share Your World.

What do you consider is the most perfect food for you? (It can be your favorite food to something extremely healthy.)

I drink milk twice a day everyday. I think it is the most perfect food for me. I also eat a banana daily. It is my favorite fruit. Both these things are high in nutrition. I have a sweet tooth. So, I like most of the sweets.

Are you focused on today or tomorrow?

Right now, I am focused on today. It is simply because I am back to blogging after a month (well, almost!). I really like writing on WordPress. Some internet connectivity problems kept me away from my blog. I want to post as much consistently as possible.

If you could interview one of your great-great-great grandparents, who would it be (if you know their name) and what would you ask?

I am not aware of the names. But, I would be happy to ask them some questions like:

What small things in life mean the most to them?

What they think about the progress the world has made?

Which part of the country or world would they like to visit?

What inspired you or what did you appreciate this past week?  Feel free to use a quote, a photo, a story, or even a combination. 

Stress, worry, and anxiety most often come from projecting your thoughts into the future and imagining something bad. Stay focused on NOW.
